250cc Stock Pro title, beating Lawrence and Kawasaki's Kyle Chisholm. A Pro who flies a little under the radar, St. George, Utah's Devin Sullivan ran hard to capture the 250cc Modified Pro title ahead of Chisholm and Weimer. Former National MX Champion jeff Ward, who was present at the very first World Mini 34 years ago, returned to win again, this time in the 30-plus Open A class. Suzuki-mounted Brodie Humphries, from St. George, Utah, had an awesome week, taking home first-place trophies in 125cc Stock Novice and 250cc Stock and Modified Novice divisions. He led Brian Bebeck, Preston Tilford and Steven Stultz in those respective events. Eliot jackson won the other class, 125cc Modified Novice, over Nick Brown. Possibly the best race of the entire week was the shootout between Templeton, California's jessy Nelson and Lancaster, New York's Brandon Mays. After several passes and a photo finish, Nelson edged Mays for the win and the 65cc Stock (9-1 I) crown. When the final results were tallied, Greensboro, North Carolina's Kyle Peters had earned second overall, slipping past Mays. Peters also took the 65cc Modified (9-1 I) title, winning ahead of Mays and Cottontown, Tennessee's Brent jernigan, while KTMmounted Levii Hall, from St. George, Utah, took the 65cc Open crown, besting Peters and Mays. Tyler Bower beat josh Hill to win the 450cc Four-Stroke Non-Pro main event, as Ryan Worth was winning the 125cc Modified Beginner class and Sean Caminesi was winning the 125cc Stock Beginner division. In 85cc action, Suzuki star Nico lui smoked the competition, nailing down titles in the 85cc Stock and Modified classes. There was serious competition, however, in the form of Kawasaki ace Kyle Cunningham, who brought home the bacon in the 85cc Open and Supermini divisions. Grant Ransdell and Bryce Stewart shared titles in the 85cc (0-1 I) races, while Ian Trettel was the man in the 85cc (12-13) contests, taking home both wins with a fleet of firsts. eN lAs LAs VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY VEGAS, NEVADA RESULTS: APRIL 12·17, 2005 PEE WEE STOCK (0.6)' I.
