Woods had a failing out of sorts with the Honda team, but he said that he was happy with his new ride and plans on racing the final few West rounds and all of the 125cc Nationals. "The team didn't come up [to Seattle] because Clark Stiles is done with Supercross this year and Jeff Dement is a I 25cc East guy," Woods said. "I contacted the guys from Bikesellerz.com, and their outfit brought me up here, but the rig will be back in Houston because they are from Texas." Woods first ride with the team produced a 15th-place finish in the final. Speaking of the Bikesellerz.com privateer team, Team Solitaire's Ryan Clark was also pitting out of their rig at Seattle. Clark said, "I really didn't feel like driVing my rig all the way up here for one event, plus it is getting some new cabinets put in it right now. I'll be back in it at the next race in Houston." Clark did not qualify for the 250cc final. Samsung Sprint Honda's Michael Blose raced his first Supercross of the season at Seattle after breaking both arms before the opener in January. For only riding for three weeks before the event, Blose rode well and qualified out of the LCQ after crashing out of the heat race. "The arms feel good," he said. "I've been riding for a few weeks now. I should be up to speed in a few weeks." WBRlTroy Lee DesignsIYoshimura's Ryan Sipes watched the races with his coach David Bailey at Seattle. 5ipes had a serious mountain bike accident that left him battered and bruised a few weeks back, and he may be out until the outdoor opener at Hangtown, according to team manager Tony Sulek.
