Motorcvcles lor Your Wall
Motorcycle artist Scott jacobs unveiled his most recent paintings on February 22, including two new
Harley-Davidson works: one of Andrew Hines on his title-winning Pro Stock bike, and the other is this
(right) 48 Panhead.
Known for his photo-realistic style of painting, jacobs doesn't limit himself to one subject or medium. Whether the subject of a painting is a motorcycle scene or a wine still life, he will utilize acrylic
paint or watercolor, or occasionally airbrush, to achieve the desired result. His time-consuming techniques create finely detailed compositions that welcome viewers into a world of almost photographic
reality and succinct reflections.
jacobs' works are highly sought after and, in fact, have garnered the attention of distinguished
museums such as the Vintage Museum in Oxnard, California; the Peterson Museum in Los Angeles,
California; the Milwaukee Public Museum; and the National Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame in
Anamosa, Louisiana. His paintings have also been selected for exhibit at the Marietta/Cobb Museum in
Atlanta, Georgia; the journey Museum in Rapid City, South Dakota; and the Sangre De Cristo Museum
in Pueblo, Colorado.
On any given day, you might find jacobs cranking his Fat Boy into the curves on the orchard-lined
trail from his home in Rancho Santa Fe, California, down to the Pacific Ocean. Or he might be mingling
with the crowd of admirers attending one of his numerous appearances at Harley-Davidson dealerships or fine art galleries. For over 12 years,
as one of Harley-Davidson's official licensed artists, jacobs has honed his craft, and today, this highly successful artist's
images grace the walls of prestigious collectors and avid enthusiasts all over the world.

restaurants in Texas, are motorcycle fanatics. The
proof of the chain's interest is in the custom choppers that can be found bursting out of a c10udscape
and hanging from the ceiling in its I I locations. None
other than Lady Liberty, who just happens to be
wielding a burrito of her own, sits on the bikes. The
restaurant locations are in Austin, College Station,
Dallas, Ft. Worth and Houston.
