By midrace, Gavin was following Hoffman in the third spot, but he got past him to finish second. Larson came back to win the Vintage A event after coming from the cheater's box to win the heat race. Jack Hayes led the Senior C class to the checkers, getting the holeshot and holding his line from start to finish. Behind him, Steve McCants was giving it all he had in the second position when mechanical woes took him out of the race. Steve Runnels finished second. Runnels came back to get the holeshot and the victory in the Vintage C event. Brandon Bergen, who has stepped up his pace after coming back from an injury, crossed the finish line first in the Open A event, followed by Marshall Lapp, who got around D-J- Sharkey to follow Bergen home.
