The J.B. Memorial Track at Los Angeles County Raceway groomed to perfection, as nearly 800 riders made for a full day of racing that was completed under the lights. Charette turned consistently good starts into five out of six possible moto wins to ace the 12Scc Two-Stroke Open NonPro. 125cc Intermediate and 2S0cc Intermediate classes. Siminoe was equally impressive, pretty much dominating the 65cc (9-1 I), 65cc Open and 85cc (Through I I) fields. Charette made short work of both 125cc Two-Stroke Open motos, turning a pair of holeshots into runaway wins. Matt Craft and Ryan Ray each had a second-place finish, with Craft (2-3) toping Ray (5-2) for second overall. jared Partridge got the holeshot in the opening 125cc Intermediate moto and pulled away to an insurmountable lead, handing Charette his only second-place finish of the day. Tommy McAdams was third, ahead of jason Jeffrey and Nick Sanchez. Charette returned to dominate the 30-rider field on the onty two-stroke in the class. Tye Hames finished all by himself in second for fourth overall, behind Partridge (1-3) and Sanchez (5-4). Charecce easily walked off with a pair of moto victories in 250cc Intermediate action. 8enny Breck, jeffrey and Sanchez had a great baccle over second in mota one, with Breck prevailing. Daniel Hendrix got a better start in moto two to finish in second place, improving on his ninth in moto one. Breck and Sanchez went at it again, with Breck holding off his fellow Suzuki rider to go 2-3 for second overall. Brandon Scharer led the first half of the first 65cc (9-1 I) moto before Siminoe dropped him to second place. jake Gagne worked his way up into a third-place finish, over jake Mohnike. Moto two was all Siminoe's, as he let everyone else argue over the runner-up position. Ty Siminoe ended up second at the checkers. but it was Gagne (3-4) who took home the secondplace trophy, over Garret Eckman (5-3), Aaron smoked his competition in the first 6Scc Open race, finishing with a comfortable IS-second advantage. He was on his way to a sweep of the field in moto two until a bobble at the halfway point dropped him to third, He closed to the back albeit half a lap down from his older brother. Andy rode to the win but, coupled with his first-moto fourth, that was only good for second overall. Cody finished second and took the overall with a big grin; there would likely be some barbed exchanges on the way home to the Myers compound. Studer was third in both motos for a steady third overall. RESULTS 50 SHAFT: I. Tanner Marshall (KTM): 2. Trevor Deering (Yam); 3. Tyler Michael (KTM). 50 JR: I. Tyler Kenjic (Cob); 2. Both 85cc (Through I I) races turned into hotly contested events between Aaron and Ivan Ramirez, with Aaron holding off Ramirez for the duration. Everett Holcomb earned a pair of thirds, over Paluzzi (4-4), Two divisions of 12Scc Novices were required, with the top IS out of each meeting at the end of the day for a contingency runoff. Blake Wilkey absconded with the runoff holeshot, and by the end of lap two he was being dogged by Brock Bryant. The two front-runners distanced themselves from the field, with Wilkey taking the hard-fought victory. Third went to J.B Peek, followed by Kalani Walsh and Cody Titofr.
