Competitive Edge Motocross Park for a day of fun. riding and food - and more importantly. to introduce its new MT32F tire. Pirelli has been a leader in the European motocross tire market for years. and its tires have played a major role in more than a few motocross World Championships. The company already has a strong foothold in the U.S. street bike market but wants to increase its presence in the motocross market as well. Pirelli is hoping that this new addition to its already extensive street tire line will expand the company's market share. Pirelli's plan of attack: Make sure the price is right. "Many people think that our tires are more expensive than our competitors·... Chris Wall. Pirelli's marketing manager. explained. "The truth is that our tires are one of the most aggressively priced tires on the market. I think you are going to see a big increase in the number of people using our product here in the States in the next few years." This new tire is designed for soft terrain and. much like the original version. boasts an aggressive tread design that can't be found on any other tire. The front MT32F will retail for $68.9S. while the rear tire will sell for $89.9S. The front will also be available in a 20-inch front size. which Pirelli claims is perfect for off-road riding. "Arm Wreslle You for II!" With the introduction of the potent RS7S0 dirt tracker and recruitment of a star-studded factory race team that included Ricky Graham and Bubba Shobert. Honda seriously upped its stake in the battle for the AMA Camel Pro Series Championship title in 1984. making the Japanese brand the bitter enemy of the perennial series-winning Harley-Davidson brand. Ronald Takes a Ride On November 20. 2004, Erico Motorsports in Denver. Colorado. hosted the Scoot for Toys ride - a scooter ride to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. The day started under a blanket of snow. which could have put a real damper on things. However. by 10:00 am, the shop was buzzing with activity as people started showing up with armfuls of toys to donate to the Ronald McDonald House. Around 3S scooters participated in the ride. which was led by the dealer's Vespa manager. Gary Kayser. despite the snow. The group was greeted with loud cheers at the parking lot of the Ronald McDonald House by workers. friends and family. Not everyone was on a scooter however. as Ronald McDonald threw a leg over a new Ducati for this photo. "I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in the Scoot for Toys ride to benefit the Ronald McDonald House," Tai 8eldock of Erico Motorsports said.
