ing wins in both 125cc A motos in front of a large crowd. When the gate dropped for moto one, Matt Martin had the starter's timing down pat, leading the 12Scc A boys through turn one, with Pulley, Blakely Jones and Danny Mitchell nipping at his rear fender. Martin led the battle down the front straight, but Pulley dived to the inside in the next turn and laid a little plastic on Martin to take the lead. jones and Mitchell tried to get under Martin as well, but they weren't quick enough to make it happen. Pulley had a great line through the rhythm section, which set him up to clear the finish-line leap, and he opened a slight lead. Martin had his hands full with jones as the two flew around the Motoplex, trying to close on Pulley. Mitchell got upside down on lap two, ending his day. Pulley was smooth as glass and took the win with time to burn. Martin held off jones to finish in the runner-up spot, while jones was third. In moto two, Pulley led the pack through turn one; if he could generate the same speed as he had in moto one, the win would be his. Martin and jones renewed their battle from moto one, but Martin had jones' number for the first several laps; then jones began to bear down. Pulley had the speed and desire, and he led from start to finish to win moto two Dustin Pulley was a picture of style and speed as he went on a doublemoto romp at the first stop at The Motoplex for the AMA District 14 Indoor MX Series. unchallenged; the day's fastest rider took the overall with his I-I finishes. Martin (2-2) held off Jones (3-3), despite a last-lap, go-for-broke move on Jones' part. Taylor Routh was the big man in the 65ce Open class, bringing home a pair of wins in the day's biggest class. Routh had his KTM out front when the gate dropped, popping off the line faster than the rest of the pack. Routh was trailed into turn one by Jon Eari, Zach Anderson, Max Pulfer and Robert Manna. Routh was way fast in the front section of the track and opened up a lead that would grow with each passing lap. The best battle on the track was over second, as Earl, Pulfer and Anderson waged a dogfight over the runner-up position. When the checkered nag dropped, it was Routh with a 12-second cushion, followed by Earl, who had broken free from the fight over runner-up. Anderson was able to hold on to third. Moto two was almost a rerun of moto one. Routh rode away and hid from the pack to take the overall with a I-I tally. Earl didn't get the start he wanted but rode well to move past Anderson near the halfway point, making the finishing order of the first three riders a carbon copy of moto one, and in the final standings.
