relinquished his WORCS
title to teammate Nathan
Woods , but that didn't
keep Davis fro m showing everyone a
th ing or tw o at the final roun d of the
Rocky Mountain MC/ATV World O ffRoad Cha mpio nship Se ries in Idaho. Most
of the top players in the se ries were o n
the starting line when the gate dropped.
and it was a IS-bike drag race out of the
bowl and up to the to p of the first hill.
Davis was out front as the y crested the
hill, and he was still lead ing the way as
they looped back th ro ugh the motocross
sectio n for the first time.
Further ou t on the course, there was
so me serious dicing going on for the top
positions , but when they came through
the MX section again, Davis on the
Montclair Yamaha/Zip-Ty Racing YZ4S0F
was leading Bonds on the KX2S0, and
both of the m had begun to distance
themselves from the field.
The Clay Peaks facility provides many
excellent viewing o pportunit ies , and
