wet. Saturday's motos served as qualifiers for
Sunday's final Top Gun Showdow n, although
eac h day was sco red and awa rded sep aratel y.
Yamaha commander Aust in St r o upe
strapped down t he BScc (9 - 13) class
championship with his perfect I-I ta lly, just
after his two ad di tio nal cham pio nsh ip
performances in t he BScc ( 12-1 3) and
Supermi ni ( 12- 15) classes - making him a triplecrown title wi nner wi th three perfect 1- 1
scores fo r the day. Suzuki competitors Adam
Britt (3-3) and Be njamin Den ton (2-5) topped
off the podi um in second and third ,
respect ively, in the 8Scc (9- 13) class. KTM
riders Shawn Rife(6-2) and James Justice (4-4)
cleaned up fourth and fifth .
KTM's Rollie Stanley stood tall as
Saturday 's top gun in the Over 30 C/O class,
with 2-1 fin is he s . Kevin G reen (1 -2 )
maneuvered his blue machine into seco nd
overall , and Team Green's Freder ick Griffith
(3-3) was a cons istent third .

Ohio rival s Je s se e Walters and D a rr en
Wa lsh, who waltzed to the overall top two

Amateur class, with Bre nt Brush moving his
Honda up the staircase in sec ond. Brush was
br us he d back to a fifth-place finish , while
Ohio's Patrick Massie made a massive move
to a second-place finish. Michael Hawk soared
past t he checkers in third .
Brush breezed up the Stairway to Heaven
fo r the holes hot in mo ta tw o but briefly
bru shed the dirt in the congested first turn.

amaha jockey Wade Corde ll commanded the
lead through the first two laps, but his valiant
effort was not enough to hold off Massie, who
made it to the line first . Glenn Mart in finished
secon d, while Cordell stepped up in third .
Jim Chester checked his Suzuki into t he
first tum for the holeshot in the fist Pro Dash
For Cash moto, and he remained in the lead
for the win. Ryan Sipes' Kawasaki carried him
from a midpack start to a second-place finish.
Suzuki's Shane Clampitt claimed third .

ad ding a se co nd -place start t o his re sume.
Suz uki's Kev in Ho ge fro m Pitt sbu rgh ,
Pennsylvania, pushed his way into the lead on
the first lap, w hile Sipes slipped in for the win
on the fourth lap. Sipes (2- 1) took first and
the overall cham pionsh ip, Cheste r ( 1-3) was
second overall, and Hoge (4-2) was thir d. eN
