Simply put , we were pleasantly surpr ised by the TE450's off-road prowess.
The bike is easy to ride and handles quite
well for a full-size thumper, and we wouldn't hes itate to ride it in the woods or the
desert (and it's even fun on a motocross
track , rougher th e better). Unfortunately,
if you want one. you might have a har d
time finding one; word on the streets is
that they're sold out. But the good news is,
the '05s aren't too far away. And we don't
expect huge changes - and that would not
be a bad thing at all.
