Roberts Team To Dunlop roton Team KR riders Nobuatsu Aoki and Kurtis Roberts will use Dunlop tires for the 2004 season, after team owner Kenny Roberts ' bid to get Michelins came to naught. The team has used Bridgestone tires for the past two years but was unceremonious Iy dumped at the end of last season , in favor of Suzuki and KawasakJ. The Dunlops were not a popular choice with the riders , but Roberts did believe that they might find some advantage, in being able to work directly with Dunlop engineers to develop improved tires specifically for the team 's KRV-fIVe machine . "To be honest, we are using tires that the other teams have all rejected - but I hope we can change that and help Dunlop to improve the product.
