Situated in a sm all valley just so ut h of War ner. Oklaho ma, Hickory Ridge 's black dirt and rutted corners seemed to be the selling point for many of the riders o n this weekend. The day got 011 to a good start. and so did KTM· mounted Mason Glo rioso , in the O pe n O utlaw c lass . G iving ch ase we re t he YZ F· mo unt ed Za ch Blackwe ll. With capable riders such as Leduc and Ted Fitzgerald in the driver's seat , the TTSOOs have bee n underrated for motocross . With Truch inski going w ide and Stovin hugging the inside line , they gave the impression that much more was at stake here than a gold medalli n.
