In the 250cc A main, Todd Flet c he r was
battling for th ird with Michael Koch and Jesse
Peterson . Negotiating the whoops, Fletcher
caug ht his hand and handlebar be tw ee n two
sets of bleachers and spe nt the rest of the race
try ing to shake off t he pain . Koch finished
second, behind Hoff, with Pe te rson third.
