was equ ally impressive o n his CRF250R, as he
wen t four for four to top both the 12Scc Inter mediat e and Schoolboy fields.
Each of th e two a occ Open mot os we re
Hue rta runaways, as the Kawasaki ride r beat
eve ryone to the first turn and then continued
to pull away until the end. Travis Baker had his
hands full with Trevo r Reis in mota one before
gaining t he uppe r han d to finish in seco nd .
Baker repeate d his ru nner-up pe rfonnance in
m ota two fo r se co nd ove ra ll, ove r Re is .
Dakota Gar ner and Bren nan Tow le finish ed
fourth and fifth ove rall, respectively.
Huerta wasn't as q uick out of the gate in
e ither Supennini race , but the end resu lts were
the same , as he was in the top spo t by lap two
of each race and o nce again distanced himself
from the field. Bake r claimed second overall
after dicing with Gam e r and Reis in each moto.
Reis (4-3) bested Gam e r (3-4) for third in the
finafstand ings. Huerta would also return to top
Reis in both 80cc Expe rt motos.

The 250cc class A showcased many of the
same riders , though a fe w new nam e s we re
add ed to the m ix. Th e heat race began with
Orr's caking the holeshot, but he overshot the
Iir st- t ur n berm an d fo un d himse lf spinning
coo kies on the concrete, trying to get back on
the trac k. Ho ff assu med the lead and never
loo ked back, wh ile Mall Anson and Fletche r
gave c hase. Orr eve nt ually finish e d a
res pectable fifth after finally gelli ng going well
behind the pack.
In the 2S0cc A ma in, Hoff again stru ck out in
sea rc h of t he sweep . Or r, Ja so n Kerr and
Fletcher tr ied to stay close. After having trouble
in the ir heats , Orr and Ke rr batt led over
sec ond, wh ile Hoff pulled anothe r disappea ring
act . Hoff made it a swee p, wit h Orr second,
followed by Kerr, Flet cher and Peterson.
