World Mini Grand Prix
The 2004 Top Motoc ross Event

The 33rd Annual Wo rld Mini
Grand Prix will be presented in Las
Vegas, Nevada April 13th through
April 18, 2004 on a all new track
layout. There is no qualifying for this
event.
The track is located on the north end
of Las Vegas and offers 100% viewing
from the pits and convenient access
to all the great entertainment centers
and casinos the city has to offer.
There are 35 different age
and ability classifications presented
for Pee Wees up through 125cc and
250 Pro classes.
GIANT PRO PURSE
In addition to the $20,000
plus contingencies that the factories
are offering the pros, NMA awards a
$5,000.00 purse to the pros covering
all five classes available. The World
Mini Grand Prix has always been the
"showcase" for the up and coming
pros beginning with Jeff Ward and up
through McGrath, Windham , Lusk,
Carmichael, Pastrana , Stewart and
most of the other prominent riders on
the national scene.
FACTORYC ONTINGENCIES
Over $100,000 is being offer ed by the
seven major motorcycle factories for
t h e v arious classes . Wo rl d
Ch ampions hip tro phies wi ll be
awarded in each of the amateur
classes. In addition to all the factories,
over 50 aftermarket companies will be
at the World Mini Grand Prix with
displays, awarding products and
supporting NMA's racing activities.
CLASSES FOR AL L
In addition to all the motorcycle
classes, both stock and modified for
all levels of ability, there are five pee
wee classes, in addition to the 65cc
and 85cc classes offered based on
age groups .
Gates will open at 8:00AM
on Tuesday, April 13 allowing the sea
of motor homes, vans, trucks and
displays into the park. Post entries
will be taken between 9:00A M and
4:00PM Tuesdav on ly for those who
have not mailed in their entries.
Practice for all classes will
begin at 8:00AM on Wednesda y and
run through conclusion. Racing will
begin Thursday morning at 7:00AM
and will continue starting at 7:00 AM
every day through Sunday with the
championship motos scheduled for
Sunday, followed by the awards
presentati on.
Th e Frida y and
Saturday activities will conclude in
time to allow everyone to enjoy the
exciting Las Vegas night life.
With the all new track facility
and the outstanding contingencies,
prizes and awards, this year's World
Mini Grand Prix promises to be the
premier event of 2004 . No advance
events of practice is scheduled for the
all new track which will make it equal
