Triumph's com mitment to prod ucing a fully focused sports machine for the rea l world paid off at the 2003 Isle of Man TT w hen the junior TT (for 600 Supersport specific ation bikes) was won by Kiwi Bruce Anstey on the factory-backed Triumph ValMoto Daytona 600. Anstey won by 10.96 seconds while also setting a record race time , comp leting four laps in one hour, IS minutes and 13.98 secon ds. His Triumph teammates, jim Moodie and john McGuinness, finished ninth and lOth, respectively, giving Triumph the Junior TT Team Award . Additionally, the popularity of the TV show has led to booming sales of OCC (Orange County Choppers) apparel and merchandise. It looks like OCC's popularity has definitely reached a zenith , as the boys will be featured in a brand -new AOL commercial that will debut on Super Bowl Sunday.
