With input from James and his factory works race tea m. we boosted mid-range and top -end engine performance tha nks to a new 2-stage reed valve. a O highe r compression ra tio, improved cylinder and piston , and a rema pped ig nit ion timing curve. For better traction and handling. we redes igned the UNI-TRAK o rea r suspension with a new linka ge system that directs energy into the swingarm and fitted a workstype semi-sea led cartridge inverted Iront lark. We a lso re-engineered the lightweight steel perimeter frame for improved stiffness balance , and raised the footrest and brak e-pedal positions to increase ground clearance. Plus. we added new routing for the front brake hose to improve brak ing power and feel. In his sea rch for excellence. James Stewart has raised the bar in the cut-throa t competitive 125cc class.
