~ hile the legend of the B erc y
S up er c r o s s is some w hat in
danger of evaporating into the winter
night, this yea r's event proved to be a
very exciti ng affair, pitting the win ningest rider in Bercy history - David
Vuillemin - against a long list of
125cc hotshoes. In the end , though ,
Vuillemin proved the most consistent,
winning the overall ahead of defend ing c hampio n Grant Langston and
American charger Andrew Short. The
Cobra never had it his own way and
found the move to the YZ250 F a
major hurdle in h is quest for Berc y
victory number six .

before coming here," Vuillemin said.
