California. and It was supposedly the first ever to incorporate an easy first loop so that all the amateurs could make it, followed by a moredifficult second loop for the experts. It was a rousing success... Tracy Oswell (Hon) domin ated the 250cc Expert class at Indian Dun es i n Val en c i a, Californ ia . He clinched the AME's number-one plate.
