Sidi Hits The Runway"------_
Nate Ada ms hoo ked up with Butterfinger to send nine amate urs from around the cou ntry
in the disciplines of motocross, BMX and skateboa rding to the Point X Cam p in Southem
Califom ia, where they too k a shot at performing their bes t tricks and a chance at $1000 in
cash, $500 in gea r. a nd to be crowned the Butterfinger "Brea k Out" Rookie of the Year.
BMX rider Ryan Nyquist and skate r Bucky Lasek were judges alongside Adams.
This was part of a national promotion called the Butte rfinger "Brea k Out" Challeng e ,
where am ate urs betwe en the ages of 15 -25 sent in videos of the ir be st action -sports
tr icks. Nine kids were sele cte d and were invited to the Point X camp.
Butte rfin ge r picked one winner fro m BMX, motocross a nd skateboa rding . The
Motocross winner was Bobby Romero, 17, from Encinitas, California.
