was consistently second behind Chambon, but he had to give up the spot when his rear brake faded. Delepine pulled off the track, and his anger and disappointment were so great that he started kicking his bike. Things might have been easier for Lazzarini if he had not tasted the ground on the second lap while he was third. The Italian was the only guy other than SeeI who was to pass on such a one-line circuit, and while he dropped down to ninth place after his crash, he was still able to charge and finish fourth, right behind Fiorentino. Seel started fifth and lap by lap gained positions until he was running second. He successfully attacked Fiorentino and made the podium, driving the local fans crazy. Manzo capped his worst GP of the year with a crash on the last lap. A rider in front of him went down, and Manzo hit the bike and tumbled hard. Kunzel suffered setup problems in the Super Final and finished fifth. The series standings also underwent major changes following the race. Manzo lost the lead, dropping all the way to fifth. Chambon is now on point, with Kunzel second, Lazzarini moving up to third and Fiorentino fourth. eN Frederic Fiorentino won both preliminary rnotos, but like Seel, he also struggled early in the Super Final, finishing fourth. 6P of Belgium Spa Francorchamps.
