Ray Bennett, also Yamaha-mounted. finished third in the 85cc (12- 15) contest, making for a Yamaha-dominated podium. Chris Coryell finished up third in the Supermini class with a strong first moto on another blue beast. The Youth class also featured some good duels on this evening. Clayton Henderson, on his Freewheeling CR J 25, got the job done, winning both motos going away. Kawasaki jockey Richie Gibson was on the gas with two strong finishes for second place. Gibson's mom was nervous but kept herself in check this time. Robby Winiarczyk kept his Honda on the pipe for the third spot on the podium. The 125cc C event is usually Clayton Henderson territory. and Henderson did win, but he got a wake-up call from Bobby Scogins in the first moto when Scogins put together an awesome ride. Alan Hawkins watched the battle from the third spot and made this class an all-red podium. The 125cc Beginner class featured some strong competition. Suzuki jockey Jamie Griffin was a force to be dealt with, taking double wins. KTM-mounted Todd Fitzgerald was consistent and took a solid second. Kawasaki jockey Kris Lemaster finished third. Like the J 25s. the 250cc Beginner class was a place to find some great racing. Kawasaki pilot Lemaster put his head down and walked away with both mota wins. Suzuki rider Kevin Ayers was the second-place man in both motos. Jeff Dowda overcame a leak· ing fork seal to take the last podium spot. Another great Mota-Madness event is in the books. The medical crew looked after a couple of riders who had taken spills, but there were no ambulance rides_ The crew at Bremen made it happen one more time. eN Results HON 50 KTM OIL-INJ: I.
