The 14th annual, 10-day, cross-country ride will end at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in
Washington, D.C., on Friday, May 23. On Memorial Day, with an estimated 200,000
motorcycling particlpants making the trek, they rode through the streets of the capital in
the Rolling Thunder Memorial Day Parade, eventually ending at "The Wall" itself. Many
Indian employees pitched in on weekends so that Domingue could participate in the ride.
"It's been over 30 years since I served in Vietnam, 1967-68, Khe Sahn," Domingue
said. "And through the years, I've batlJed my own demons, but I found out about the ride
three years ago, and it has changed my life."
The bike will be available for bjdding on eBay motors (www.ebaymotors.com) between
May 30 and June 8, with all of the profits benefiting the POW Network, a nonprofit organization that focuses on POW and MIA issues.
