Savage easily topped the 85cc (7 -11) dass, leading Jake Schlei and Ahleen in the final results. Nelson bested Jena Ellis and Blake Stouard in the 80cc (14-16) division. Fraughton made a quick pass for second at the bollom of the hill. but Jensen was already building a lead on the field. Chase Nelson made a move to grab third, but no one could keep up with Jensen, who took race one with ease. Fraughton stayed solid in second, and Provencher led Bryce Gabrielson through the pipes after Nelson went down. An impressive burst from the blocks put Jensen out in front again as the second half exploded into action. Fraughton and Provencher were dogging him. Jensen dropped it into overdrive and opened up a commanding lead, while Nelson fought his way past Provencher to take over third. Another wire-to·wire masterpiece gave Jensen the overall 125cc Intermediate crown, ahead of Fraughton and Nelson, while Provencher easily won the Novice division, leading Jeff Morris and Ricky Guedry in the final tally.
