Team manager Kurt Nicoll: "I feel the bike is as reliable as can be expected at this stage. We have made huge
progress, to think we only began the development of the motor late last year... I mean there was not even an
engine until October of 2002, so it's a real challenge. Our plan was to try and get to the first GP, if possible, and
we did that. We like seeing good challenges, and the GPs are the best place to develop the bike. We can't develop
in America because of their production rules."
