The first of Tim Joyce's three wins came in BEARS ahead of WERA Vintage director Mark Mitchell on a BMW and class champ Craig Murray on another Triumph. Running with them was Sportsman 350, and it was Florida's Tash Zarvalas getting the win over Gale Harkness and Steve Brown in the Honda-dominated class. This same race included the Vintage Superbike Lightweight class, which was won by Jim Killy on a Yamaha. Race six featured Production Singles and Super Mono 2. In the Production class, Trent Thomas got his MZ Skorpion around Gary DiPietro's supermotard Honda XR650 for the win, while in Super Mono 2 Chuck Campbell took the checkers ahead of Colin Fraser's YZ426F. In the Classic Sixties race McLean earned his third win, but not without considerable pressure from the BSA Alex McLean won the Classic '60s event on this Norton. Gold Star of Josef Brenner. Californian David Breetwor came home third aboard another Gold Star. Robert Goodpaster was the lone Classic Sixties 650 entrant on his '60 Norton. Sound of Thunder saw a good scrap between the Suzukis of Derek Keyes and Jon Glaefke, with Keyes hanging on for the win. Class champ AI Charles earned third on his Ducati ahead of a Buell-mounted Chris Carr. Matt Winnacker took BOT F-3, the first his two wins aboard a Suzuki SV650. The day's last race combined Formula Vintage with Vintage Superbike Heavyweight, and Quenzler again crossed the line first to take the F-Vintage win ahead of Nemoto, with California's David Crussell in third on a Kawasaki 500 triple.
