British Superbike Fires Back Up
At Snetterton

he second round of the Brit-
ish Superbike Championship
at Snetterton, August 22-23, saw
Christian Iddon (Ducati) claim
a maiden BSB race win, when
he took victory in race one over
teammate Josh Brookes.
Brookes retaliated for his first
win of the season in race two,
with Honda's Glenn Irwin spoiling
the Ducati party in race three by
taking the final race win of the
meeting.
In the championship, Irwin
holds a commanding lead over
Ducati-mounted Tommy Bride-
well, 118 to 95. Iddon is third on
85 from Brookes on 82, with
Jason O'Halloran fifth on 65. CN
