and I'm friends with a lot of guys, but they know that if I am behind them on a berm, I'm going to try and get past, but I won't take them out. Piss me off and I'll take you out." How Jeremy McGrath may do on KTMs in 2003: "I think Jeremy is going to be consistent. He's not ridden that much, and I think he will always be there, although he is not on his peak anymore - he's not going to be a championship threat; that's just my opinion. Like I said, he has not pushed too much - I've been quicker in lap times at the KTM track, but he hasn't been pushing too much." How he'll do outdoors: "I'm expecting top three, but I am hoping I can beat Carmichael in a few races and get into his head - if you can break him down mentally, he makes a lot of mistakes. I've seen Tortelli do it; Carmichael just fell apart. When I wake up and am having one of my days, with my speed, nobody can PRE SEN T I N T S ERN WOJll; THE A T TEAM'k\\~~t -e ,~.Il CYCL!J @TOYOTATR.UCKS I O. We have not done a lot of suspension testing when we get that dialed in, then it's going to be a good supercross bike, and outdoors I doubt there is a bike better." His troublesome knee: "To be honest, it's pissing me off. I mean, I'm sitting here with a bag of ice on my knee. I didn't case any jumps tonight or do anything stupid, and it swells up and gets tight. I used to love running, yet I can't do that anymore - it was my main training. In left-handers, I am always thinking about it, just dabbing my foot. I just pray that it gets better. The prognosis is that it's pretty much what I will have to deal with for the rest of my life. My shoulder is okay - it does not bother me at all, and I still have a bone sticking out the side, although it's okay." Next-season preparation: "After Bercy, we go back to America and do three weeks of training and testing, then we spend two weeks in Europe for the Geneva and Amhem World Supercross rounds, then it's pretty much Anaheim." The European SX GP rounds: "It's really the start of the year some good learning races for me and get the nerves out, and by the time I get to Anaheim, I won't feel like a novice on the 250cc. It's not an important race in the big picture, although for KTM it's pretty important, so I want to do some good results." eN Motorcycle news will never be the same!
