Alpine Adventure Touring
By BLAKE CONNER
have a list of things that I would like
to do or accomplish in my lifetime,
and a couple of them involve motorcycles - especially fortunate considering that my job ere at Cycle New
bas opened the door to quite a few of
them. Thanks to a recent tour
through the Alps, I've just been able

few of the guys from BMW. I knew
from the second, accepted their offer
that the trip was going to be something special, and I hope it doesn't
turn out to be a once-in-a-Iifetime
experience.
We spent a day at the massive
Intermot motorcycle show - like five
tfmes the size of any of the domestic
motorcycle shows - checking out all
of the new offerings from every company that matters in the indust"ry. It
