style. Beneficial characteristics Include an interest
in prodUcts and manufacturing. attention to detail,
ability to think on a conceptual level, outstanding
written and oral communication, solid decisionmakinjl ski lis, and mechanical or technical
expertise. Position reqUires three to five years
experience In product or 10 development Incfuding
pattem making, sewing assembly, fitting, marking,
costing. grading, and spec sheets lor sportswear,
racewear or 10 products. Experience developing
sport shoes a big plus. Computer skill requirements
are all Windows programs. Must be able to work in
a high·pressure environment with a diverse group 01
projects ad situations.
Racing Products Designer (2):
Responsible for the design 01 racing
produetsl"l'parel and graphic design 01 "'9os. Able
to create Innovative concepts, illustrations, and
technical packages within calendar tlmelrame.

degree in Apparel Design or related course 01 study

Background or interest in motocross or motorsports
a huge plus.
Competition SuPPOr1lCompetllion Marketing:
Work with prolessional and amateur athletes to
support their individual and team racing progress.
Organize SHIFT team, manage allocation 01 racing
products lor each individual In a timely ana
organized manner, document rider and research
leedback to supply to the product team, and
continually communicate with athletes. Beneficial
characteristics Include a background or stronp
interest in motorsports, attention to detai ,
outstanding written and oral communication, solid
decision-making skills, and an outgoing personality.
Extensive travel required. Posllion requires college
degree and/or 2 + years experience in sports or
motorsports marketing. Working knowledge 01
