each took their best shot at stopping Gibson's
thundering Yamaha, yet Gibson's mastery of
the whoops and scary comer speed netted
him two quick moto wins. Zanesville's Campbell rode well for second with a 2-3 tally, while
Andrich went 4-2 for third.
The 250« Pro-class victory went to
Andrich, as his 2-1 tally beat out Browning's
1-5 finishes and early leader Hoy's 3-4 score.
"Well, I had a nice couple of holeshots,
thanks to Aaron Madinger and my Buckeye
Powersports 450F," said Hoy, "but I couldn't
hang on after a few laps. That's it, end
of story."
In other racing action, J.T. Turner
scorched his 50cc machine to a 1-1 win in the
50cc Pee Wee races, while Justin Weeks tore
up the 65cc and Mini Junior classes. Levi
Kilbarger was a double-class winner, taking
the victories in the Schoolboy and Mini Senior
divisions.
The 125cc class was manhandled by
Honda·mounted Chad Zaiser, and the 250cc B
class was whipped by Josh Adair.
In the Vet classes, Mikey Blair pasted the
followers with roost as he smoked the Over 25
A class. Mitch Warrens bested Brian Gonser to
take the Over 25 B overall. In Over 30 action,
Kevin Hildebrand, on his Remax.com-backed
F&S RM250, stormed off with the victory.
