A-Star Skate
Alpinestars and Troy Lee Designs have collaborated yet again, this
rime to create the new Ramp 2 shoe. Alpinestars developed the
shoe with the technical characteristics of a skate shoe, so it's
casual enough to walk around town or kick around the pits
at the local track. It's made with Nylon mesh and suede
leather and also features a Nylon air-mesh liner, an EVA
insole and a rubber midsole with an air insert to
ensure that you're as comfortable as you look,
accordmg to Alpinesrars. The shoe IS available
in black/red (shown) and dark gray/gray color
combinations, in sizes 3-15.
GS3 clothing(formerly known as G-Sport) has introduced its
new line of riding gear, with the most noteworthy
new feature being the KBPS (knee- brace protection
system), which is a removable patch that goes
inside the pants and attaches to the inside of
the knee to prevent premature wear and
tear, as knee braces tend to wear from the
inside out. The pant also features a Kevlar
knee, 1000-denier Codura seat panels,
double stitching, a short inner liner, and
dual, side-mounted waist adjusters. The
jersey features adjustable cuffs, stretch
shoulders, Polyester construction, and
micro-mesh ventilation. All GS3 produers
are made in the USA.
