They were right. Ondas came home with the victory about 20 seconds ahead of the Yancey-Caselli effort. And the Thompson/Hengeveld team that had second early? They took third easily. With the "fun" out of the way, Caselli then picked up where he left off by decimating the field as he recorded his third win of the weekend, in the Four-Stroke Expert contest. Honda-mounted Hengeveld was second. Malcolm Smith-sponsored KTM rider Paul Krause took third, but his big weekend victory came two hours later when he beat Myers and his TMS Honda in the Over 30 Open Expert contest. Thus, when Caselli let out his last gasp of the weekend, with his fourth triumph coming in the Open/200cc finale over 150 other racers, he was leading familiar company to the checkered flag, with Hengeveld second, Krause third, Ondas fourth and Lanza fifth. And, hey - what about Kelly Yancey in that race? Yup, she was there, too - finishing 12th overall, as well as sixth in the Open class. I:N (RIght) Craig Adams (517) topped the Over 40 Experts class at the Hilltoppers Grand Prix, and he also won the Team Two race along with his teammate Dave Ondas (31, below).
