able to hold off the 85cc machines in the Preteen class for his second overall on the day aboard his KTM 65. Following closely behind in the Preteen class were Jacob Holsonback, Hardy and Caleb Patton, all of whom were waiting to take advantage of a mistake by Foskey that never happened. In 85cc racing, the recently advanced Zach Osborne stole the show in the 85cc (12-15) class, ahead of Jesse Van Patten and Gregory Roberts. However, it was Van Patten's turn to shine in the Supermini class; he took the win, with Roberts again one spot behind. Osborne also turned some heads when he won the first moto of the Youth division on his 85cc machine, ahead of class favorite Torre Streifthau, on his 125. Streifthau rebounded to take the win in the second moto, but with Osborne in second, it wasn't an easy win. Streifthau also won the 125cc C class on his Tom's Cycles Kawasaki, ahead of local favorite Justin Graham and a determined Andrew Gaddis. Aided by great starts, Streifthau rode his own race and took the checkers in both motos. Gaddis earned second in the first moto, with Graham in third, but a busted shock in the second moto left Gaddis in third while Graham fought to catch the leader - to no avail. Graham fared a little better in the 250cc C class, in which he tallied a 1-1 score to take the overall over KTM rider Christopher May, who scored a 2-2. The Yet classes featured some fast racing action. Mike Garrett swept the Over 25 and Over 30 classes. In Over 25 action, May took his second second-place finish on the day, followed by Kevin Yerby on a Honda CR450F. In the Over 30 class, a very fast Brian Robertson took second behind Garrett, with Kenneth Stowe in third. Robertson had a better outing in the Over 35 class, taking the overall with a 1-1 score. Behind him were Darrell Sims, Randall Kipker and Tim De Yaney. Kipker rebounded to best the Over 40 class, taking the overall from Billy Scoggins and Sims. Though Sims won the first moto, he could only muster a fourth-place finish in the second moto, leaving Scoggins and Kipker to fight it out for the overall. At the checkers, it was Kipker edging out Scoggins for the moto win and the overall. CN Hllrdy (KTM); 3. Chase Summerville (Kaw); 4. Hunter MJms (Kaw); 5. Adrizm Moore (KllW). 65 (10-11); I.
