race for professional athletes and
celebrities from sports other than professional motocross. As with the previous three years, this year's event was

the race, Suzuki supplied all 24 participants with brand-new, stock 2002
RM125 motocross bikes to compete

In 1999, Hollywood stuntman
David Barrett was the winner of the
inaugural event. The following year,
don took the win with fellow watercraft rider Clay Cullen finishing third.
In 2001, Sheldon, who had planned
to defend his title, missed the race
due to a broken ankle - the result of a
snowcross snowmobile race. With
Sheldon out, the race was wide open
and seven-time Supercross Champion Jeremy McGrath's former
mechanic Randy Lawrence took the
win. Lawrence, who is now Team
