STC Pro Circuit Winter Series Round 2: Mosier Valley USA the checkers, it was Hackley taking the moto, ahead of Graham and Pritchett. Holladay was able to hold off Stark, who finished fifth overall. Chris Blewett took first overall in the Women's Open class, but her win did not come easily. Blewett led the first moto from start to finish, ahead of Angela Keith and Elizabeth McFarland. Things heated up in the second moto when Keith took the holeshot. Keith couLdn't shake Blewett, and the two battled for the lead all the way through the last lap. Blewett finally made the pass on Keith on the last half of the track, but Keith chased her all the way to the finish, taking second overall behind Blewett. McFarland finished the day in third overall, ahead of Lindsay Escoyne and Krystal Arnold. eN EULESS, TX, JAN. 6 he third 3annual STC Pro Circuit Winter Series made the trek north to Mosier Valley USA for round two of the series. Weather canceled the first round in December, making this round the opener, and with 426 entries and perfect weather, the day went off without a hitch. Cody Dickey made his presence known in the 125cc Intermediate class by dominating both motos and taking a solid first overall. Dickey also stuck it to the competition in the 125cc Open class, again taking the overall by taking both motos. The Schoolboy class was the only one in which Dickey faltered, as a fall in the first moto held him to second overall. When the 125cc Intermediates stormed the first turn in the first moto, Vernon McKiddie took the holeshot and early lead, ahead of Rob Locke. Dickey didn't waste any time putting his Munn Racing KTM in front of Locke and setting out after McKiddie. Coming back into view, McKiddie was leading, with Dickey closing in. Dickey was right on top of MeKiddie and he took the lead before the whoops on the second lap. Locke was getting pressure from Lance Hollister, who passed the Thor/Highlands Kawasaki rider on the third lap. Locke now faced Greg Chapman, who was making a late charge. The Honda of Houston rider pressured Locke briefly before passing him with one lap left. At the finish, it was Dickey ahead of EBR/Fox-sponsored MeKiddie and Hollister. Chapman finished fourth. Dickey took the holeshot in the second moto, ahead of Charles Cast100. MeKiddie found himself in third heading into Mosier's Gravity Cavity, but Bradley Mikolas passed the Yamaha rider coming into the rhythm section. Hollister was on the move, taking fourth from McKiddie and then passing Castloo. Locke made a last-lap charge after rounding the first lap in seventh. He passed Sportcycles of Houston's Castloo on the last lap to finish the moto in fourth. Dickey took the overall with a perfect 1-1 score, ahead of Hollister (3-3). Locke took third overall with a 5-4 tally, ahead of McKiddie. D&S Honda's Michael Pritchett took the holeshot in the first Supermini moto, ahead of John Fikaris and Steven Ball. Sean Hackley Jr. quickly worked his way into second, ahead of Cody Stark, who had his hands full with New Mexico's Bradley Graham. When they came out of Mosier's Gravity Cavity on the second lap, Hackley moved in front of Pritchett and put his Team Green/Pro Circuit KX80 into the lead. When the field came around for the third lap, Stark washed out in the first corner and handed third to Graham. When the white flag came out, the order was well-established, with Hackley ahead of Pritchett and Graham. Ball finished • • n e _ s ahead of Schultz, who rounded out the top five. In the second moto, Pritchett grabbed the holeshot again. Hackley was right there and made his move for the lead early, taking the point from Pritchett halfway into the first lap. Graham found himself in third again, ahead of Stark and Schultz. On the second lap, Schultz picked up a position when Stark hit the dirt. Back up front, Axo-sponsored Graham made his move for second and took the position from Pritchett before the end of the second lap. The third lap brought changes to the running order, with Schultz remounting in ninth and Stark back in the picture, now in seventh. When the white flag came out, the top three were wellestablished, and all eyes were on the battle for fourth. Ball led Chaz Holladay and Daniel Garrett, but Stark was stalking the pack. Ball dropped a position when the Gainesville Powersports/Pro Circuit Yamaha of Holladay made a late-moto pass.
