(Left) Oklahoma's rookie Pro rider Colt Humphrey 131) nailed two perfect holeshots In the 125cc Expert contest, as Chase Romero 141), Beau Boyton 1434), Nathan Hale 128) and Shane Doughty 110) gave chase. win, barely in front of Davenport, while Kurosky held off Pecsok to finish third and Kerr finished a nose in front of McCulloch for fifth. Marshall absconded with the holeshot in the second moto, with Davenport once again at his rear tire. Mikolas gated third, followed by McCulloch, Kerr, Kurosky and Pecsok. McCulloch got around Mikolas on lap two as Pecsok passed Kurosky. On the final whoop on lap three, Kurosky lost control and spun around, losing his position to Robert Locke, and then Pecsok fell in the woods before the tower but managed to hold his position at the remount. Davenport never let up on Marshall as they headed toward the checkered flag, but Marshall held his ground and took the win. Pecsok made a lastditch effort on the final lap and passed Mikolas to finish fifth, behind Kerr in fourth and McCulloch in third. In the 125cc Open event, Thomas Hahn of Kansas stopped Marshall's winning streak when he used a 3-1 score to claim the championship. Pecsok finished with a consistent 2-2 for second, while Marshall had to settle for third by way of a 1-3 tally. In Sunday's 125c Modified Intermediate contest, Marshall claimed the holeshot, with Thomas Hahn in pursuit. Hahn badgered Marshall throughout the race as they went at it corner for corner and turn for turn. On the final lap, Hahn used a hole between the sharp left-handed exit turn off of Mosier Mountain and Marshall to slip by and take over the lead. Hahn held fast to his position to take the finish, followed by Marshall, Kerr, Ernie Phillips and Kurosky. Hahn took the holeshot in the second moto, with Marshall at his back. Marshall got by Hahn in the woods when Hahn blew a berm. Marshall kept the position to the finish and used his 2-1 to capture the moto win and the overall. Hahn held second for the same position overall, while Pecsok rounded out third with a 6-4 score to Kerr's 3-7 tally for fourth. Both the 125cc and 250cc Expert events were held on Sunday. Josh Demuth blasted his way to all four moto wins for both class overall championships. Nathan Hale was consistent with second-place finishes in both classes, while Charley Bogard garnered third in the 250cc class and fourth in the 125s. Oklahoma's IRlghtl Josh Demuth may not have gotten the best starts, but by the end of the first lap In all four of the 125cc and 250cc Expert motos he had the lead and kept it for the win. (Above) Tyler Heemsbergen took the championship in the Teeny Mini Modified 17-8) and 60cc Stock 18-8) classes, and he finished out the weekend by placing fourth in the Super Teeny Mini class and third In the 8Gec 18-8) Modified class. 125 (NT MOD: 1.
