The Harley-Davidson of Palm Beach/Shoei/Syed-supported Henning won the Heavyweight Supersport and Heavyweight Sportsman races. He also finished second in Heavyweight Superbike, fourth in GTO, and sixth in Supertwins. In the Heavyweight Supers port race, Pihokken nailed the holeshot and led the first lap, with Martinez and Henning close behind. By lap two, Henning had taken over the lead. He ran off into the grass on the outside of turn nine but quickly got back on track without losing position. Behind him, Martinez maneuvered around Pihokken to take over second. By lap five, he was CCS Florida Region ahead of the entire field and stepping away. At the finish, it was Henning, Morose Motorsports Park ahead of John Costa and John Long. Jim arco Martinez was the weekend's biggest winner, overall. He ran a total of eight races and won five of them, including the highly competitive Unlimited Grand Prix. He also won the Unlimited Supersport, Middleweight Supersport, Middleweight Superbike and Heavyweight Superbike races. He also finished second in the other three classes - GTO, GTU and Heavyweight Supersport. Martinez nailed the holeshot on his GSX-R750 and led the $1000 Shootout from start to finish. On the first lap, Carlos Macias, Rick Narup and Andres Perez pursued Martinez down the back straight. On lap two, Macias' Ducati 996 pulled alongside Martinez, but Martinez was later on the brakes into turn six and maintained the advantage - and then picked up the pace. His lap times began to drop, and by lap three he had a 10-bike-length lead. He was running in the mid-1 :29s and edging close to Shane Prieto's track record of 1:29.07. Behind the leaders, Gabriel Henning maneuvered his GSX-R750 through traffic into third, initiating a battle for second. Henning pulled alongside Macias on the front straight and showed him a wheel just before entering the chicane, but couldn't get by. All by himself, Martinez took the checkered flag. Martinez led the entire Middleweight Superbike race after nabbing another early lead and opening another gap. Behind him, Cummings, Tom Pfuner, Bryce Lawmaster and to second but was unable to catch the leader. Galias crossed the finish ahead of Lewis and Hall. In Lightweight Supersport, Galias and Hasher battled for the lead. Galias held the advantage as the two of them ran almost side by side down the front straight. The two swapped positions a few times, but Galias reclaimed his advantage on the final lap to finish ahead of Hasher and C.J. Czaia. In the Amateur ranks, Jeremy Haiduk won four of the five races he entered.
