Bell fmished fourth with 60 points, securing third overall in the series. David Chaves was fifth. "The first loop went pretty well. . .1 just didn't have any expensive mistakes," Peters said. "I had two fives on my second lap, however. In section three, I tucked my skidplate and crashed, and then I had a flat in section 14 ... other than that, I was happy." Crosset had praise for the Nebraska sections. "For me, the sections were the best of the series - with California," he said. "I did not like the weather here, though. In Belgium, it is cold and rains and not anything like this." Crosset's title was only the second in the 21-year history of the NATC Series taken by a foreign rider. Finland's Tommi Ahvala won the title in 1999, as well. Geoff Aaron shares the record for most titles with Ryan Young at six.
