Its landowners, Ned and Anne T Overton, were gracious enough to welcome 208 riders to their nesting ground for a Summer Camp hare scrambles. Everyone enjoyed the Walking Bird Farm. It was a great place for an Emmett Cox track, and a great place for P.A. Allen to strut his stuff.
