Suzuki rider Evan Laughridge finished second to Reif in the 250cc Stock and 125cc Modified classes. Georgian Nick Adams put his Yamaha into the winner's circle in the 125cc Open Non-Pro (Thru 16) class, clinching the class championship with a win in the run-off over Texan J.J. Pecsok and Californian Jesse Casillas. Local boy Colt Humphrey came into Saturday's 250cc Stock Intermediate run-off with a relatively high three-point score, but he came away with the overall class win after topping Ryan Abrigo and Gene Stull in the final. Fourth-place finisher in the when he got crossed up over a jump and went down. Kiniry got back up to salvage seventh in the moto, but finished sixth overall. The Supermini win went to Florida's Kyle Chisholm, who topped his division as well as the run-off. Second overall went to Californian Kelly Tedder, on a Kawasaki, and Texan Kurosky, also on a Kawasaki. Morrison came back to win the 85cc Stock (14-16) class over Tedder, and Californian Daryl Ecklund. Ohio's Shawn Rife gave KTM a couple of championships. Rife capped off the Jr. Cycle 65cc Modified (6-8) class with a win in the runoff, and he also wrapped up the win in the Pee Wee 50cc Stock (7-8) class after finishing second to Nebraska's Trevor Johnson in the run-off moto, Richie Owens, ended up second overall, ahead of Stull and Casillas. The Morris, Oklahoma, resident, Humphrey, plans to turn Pro after next week's Lorretta Lynn finals. Yamaha-mounted Casillas also had a big weekend. He came away with two class wins, topping the 250 and 125cc Modified Intermediate classes, as well as taking second in the 125cc stock class and, as mentioned, third in the 125cc Non-Pro class. The 125cc Stock Intermediate class was won by Suzuki-mounted Gene Stull, who hails from Pennsylvania. New York's Bob Kiniry came close to winning a couple of classes of his own. The Suzuki rider dominated the 85cc Modified (14-16) class over Charlie Morrison and Riley Kurosky, and was leading the Supermini final cue I e run-off. Rife's three-point total bested Nick Paluzzi's five, and Johnson's 10. Paluzzi, however, took top honors in the Modified division, over Californian Joshua Greco and Johnson. Colorado's Eli Tomac, the son of famous mountain-bike racer John Tomac, ruled the Jr. Cycle 65cc Stock (6-8) class, winning his division and the run-off to take the overall class win ahead of Kansan Chris Thies and Californian Dakota Garner. The elder Tomac, by the way, competed in the 30+ B (Vet) class and finished fourth, behind winner David Mack, W. Scott Fredericksen and Wayne Simmons. eN Jack Blevins MX Parle Ponca City, Oklaho...
