" Do m in a n t Dominic " just mowed ' em all down. lui jum ped out fron t to lea d Trent Pugmi re and Chris Plouffe as the first race went off the line . lui an d Pugmire hooked up and sta rted charging, leaving the rest of the pack to fight over third. Pugm ire ho unded lui. And hou nd ed hi m . And hounded h im . But he cou ld n't find the wa y past. lind Izzi put the first -m oto win in his pocke t. Next in lin e was T ommy Aq uino, with a big lead of his own a nd first among th e 6· to Bvyea r-olds, (zzi was on fi re for race two. He rocketed o ut ahea d of Plouffe . Aq uino and Pugmire . an d then go t on the gas big time an d whipped out a qui ck lead . This ra ce was go ing to be for second, and Pugmire wa s already fig hting off Mead e fo r t he ho n ors . Moto two wa s a Domini c lui clin ic, as he romped home with the easy win a nd the 60cc (9 · 11) c rown . Trent Pugmir e soloed in with an eas y second and second overall. ahead of Mea de and Robert Ca mp b e ll. Fussell led Brown a nd Preston Kelly out onto the co urse.
