The second 250 Pro moto was a ba rn burner. Sc llards to o k off w ith th e lea d . fo llowed by Suzu ki riders David Hill. Mike Karin a nd Vince Ka r no w, in tu r n fo llowed by Jak e Da v is. Bo Bo wm an and Davi d Ha nd , w ho we re all packed toget her for the firs t lap. Killin p ut th e p res sure o n Hill, w ho had bee n riding very w ell a ll day. Katin was determined tu get by Hill , and, 00 lap th ree, as they raced over the jaw brea ker c od up l the h ill, bot h riders went down in a pile of dust. This would shake up the overall st andings, as both rid ers took a while to remount. Karnow benefited the mos t, moving int o second, behind Sellards. Davis was third . Bowman held off Hand for fourth in the m oto. Karin battled back in th e last laps to salvage a sixth for the moto and to sta y in the top overall placin gs. Sellards was long gone for the w in and the overall victory . Ka rnow took second ov erall. Bowman took t hird ove ra ll, with Katin fourth and D.1Vis rou nd ing out th e top five overall. Anoth er d ouble cl a ss w inner w a s Neal Davi s, who took the Four-Strok e a nd Open-class wins . In th e Four-Stroke class, Davi s took the win ahead of Dav e Blnum an an d Andy 5czypta Sr. He too k th e Open-class win ove r Matt Mansfield and Blauman , with Donn v Davis fourth and Sczypt..l finishing out th e top"five overa ll.
