The candidate for this position should have a strong background in retailing. excelle nt comput er k no wle dge wit h pa rticula r emphasis on Excel and be able to sell effectively via phone. CU ST OMER RELATIO NS MA NAGER . Working d osely with parts and service this posinon is responsible for the resolution of consumer problems not taken care of through normal warranty or parts delivery procedures. The position will interface with our consumers. dealers and the factory in England to resolve consumer problems. The candidate for this position must be will orqanized, resilient, able to work i11 a pr es sure-pac ked environme nt and pos ses extraordinary listening and speaking skills. Although not required. it is useful 1 have at least a working 0 kno wle d ge o f mo to rcyc le co mponentry and mechanics. Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite are a must.
