"cu s h y " fee l. Suz u k i also made th e
shock even more adjus table by adding a
low-speed valve adjust me nt, which rea lly does wo rk. O ne click makes a difference. However, we neve r really felt the
need to make ma ny suspension ad jus tme n ts - mayb e a click here a nd there.
Righ t out of the crate, the RM shou ld
feel just abou t r igh t for the ave ra ge
rider.
The rest of the bike p retty much feels
the sa me, un les s yo u h a ve sen sitive
ha nds an d fee t, in w h ic h case yo u' ll
notice the new gri ps and wider, "grip pier" foo tpegs, no t to mention grippier
brakes. Again, just like last year, all of
the RM's con trols are simple to operate
an d are light to the touch, including the
shift lever .
We still have a lot of p lans for the
new Suzu ki an d are anx ious to pu t it up
head-to-head wi th the ot her 12Scc frontrunners, especially Yamaha's YZl25, the
ike that ha s ru led the class the past few
