of branded motorcycle clothing, accessories and
merchand is e. Th is po sit io n is re spo nsi bl e for
merchandising and selling directly to our dealers via
telephone. In addition you will work closely with our
Area Managers in accessing and developing sales
goals fo r our dea ler gro up. In add ition. you will
develop marketing materials. The candidate for this
posit ion should ha v e a stron g back gr ouryd in
ret ailin g. excell ent compu ter knowledge with
particular emphasis on Excel and be able to sell
effect ively via phone. CUST OMER RELATIONS
MANAGER. Working closely with parts and service
this pos ition is responsible for th e resol ut ion of
consume r prob lems no t taken care of thro ugh
normal warranty or parts delive ry procedures. The
position will interface with our consumers, dealers
and tne factory in Englan d to resolve consum er
problems. The candidate for this position must be
will organized, resilient, able to work in a pressurepa cked enviro nme nt and poss es extraordina ry
listening and speaking skills. Although not required,
it is useful to have at least a working knowledge of
motorcycle componentry and mechanics. Computer
skills including Microsoft Office Suite are a must. To
