TECHNICAL TRAINING SUPERVISOR. We have
two openings in our expanding Technical Sarvtee
Department. We are seeking a strong supervisory
individual to join our service team in Brea,
California. Your primary responsibilities will
include the supervision of our Motorcycle/Marine
Training Program. general training administration,
guidance of course developers and other training
staff members. You must have supervisory
experience and the ability to provide leadership. A
strong technical knowledge of either
motorcycle/ATVs or marine products is required
with knowledge of both industries a plus. Formal
experience
with
instructional/teaching
fundamentals and/or classroom experience is
required. Helpful skills include knOWledge of MS
office and other PC programs, planning,

aspects of motorcycle and ATV repair
techniques. Strong communicational skills are
also required as duties include troubleshooting
and resolving dealer phone inquires,
coordinating field and customer technical issues
with our Ouality Control Department, and
providing direct technical support to our
'Customer Service staff members as well as our
District Service Managers. Suzuki is prepared to·
provide the right individual with extensive
training and support to start a career at the OEM
level. Progressing to the position of District
Service Manager will be expected as a
subsequent assignment after the necessary
experience is gained. You must have strong
written and organization skills, plus the ability to
manaSfe problems to successful conclusions.
