At the start, Brett Preuss stole a little thunder
as he grabbed the holeshot to lead Kealamakia
and Austin Stucki off the line. Kealamakia
dogged Preuss for a while and then whipped past
him for the lead. Kealamakia notched it up and
started to leave the field behind, as Preuss was
busy holding off Stucki. Edge Berry and Ronnie
Goodwin battled just behind. Meanwhile, Kealamakia was awesome as he developed a monster
lead that just kept growing with each lap.
Stucki passed Preuss, and they were ha vmg
a great battle for second. Fox/lMS-sponsored
Goodwin was on the gas in fourth. and when
Stucki went down in the whoops, Goodwin took
over a solid third. Kealamakia won big, with
Preuss a lonely second and Goodwin third.
Kealama.ki4l wasted no time in moto two, as
he zipped out in front of Preuss and Berry when
the gate dropped. Kealamakia ran away and hid
again, but Preuss and Stucki went at it tooth and
nail for a couple of laps until Preuss went dO\-vIl
in the back rhythm section. Shortly thereafter,
Stucki crashed over a double jump, allowing
Berry to close up and battle for second. Brandon
Kealamakia was long gone and romped home to
another easy victory on his way to the overall
60cc (9-11) trophy, ahead of Edge Berry and Brett
Preuss. Austin Stucki finished in second place,
thereby wrapping up the overall 60cc (6-8) crown,
ahead of Ronnie Goodwin and Chance Ariotti.
1n the combined 80ce race, the color was
green. Kappy Kealamakia, Brandon's older
brother, laid waste to the field when the gate
dropped. Kyle Partridge, racing just a tick
behind, quickly muscled his way into the lead.
Nick BuUoch was hard on the gas in third. Partridge immediate.ly puUed out big lead. Kealamakia and BuUoch were sorting it out for second, while Zac Humphries was running strong
in fourth. Partridge whipped it home for a monster win, while I
