ANTUNEZ DOMINATES AMA NATIONAL
ARENACRDSS SERIES, GOING 1-1-1-1
IN FINAL ROUND. With the 1999
Arenacross ChampIonship already
clinched, Primal Impulse Suzuki rider
Buddy Antunez proved why he's still
the char:npion. In the final round in Salt
Lake City, he let it rip, winning all four
races. Of course, considering that this
year, Antunez won the most main events
in Arenacross history, with 25, this really
surprises no one. Hitting the podium 49 times
in a season is bound to raise expectations.
Empowered by his Ed Longacre-tuned
Suzuki RM125 and RM250 Antunez handied the grueling nationwide series like a
champion in every sense of the word.
Leaving many too speechless to call him
anything. See your local Suzuki dealer
and check out the RMs yourself. Soon
you too could pick up a few nicknames.
