second moto, pro ving his mud- rid ing skills as
well. Karnow domina ted this event for the secon d st raight year, lead ing nearly every lap of
both mo tes.
The seco nd Pro moto took off the line wi th
Kamow holding th e early lead , Two la ps into
the race. a huge rai nstonn had specta tors sca tterin g and riders str uggling. Jason Ro ge rs
foug ht his way back to second overall for the
second straigh t year, outducling Larry Bellman
and Jake Da vis in anothe r good ride. Bellma n
put in a solid rid e for third overall, wi th Davi s
fourth an d David Jones taking fifth overall.
Jeff Graham received the top Amateur Jon
Leak Pride Award trophy for his 125 and 250cc
Intermediate-class victories. Graham fought off
Brent Hahn and Phil Archer in the 12Scc B class
and won the 250cc B class over Brandon Jones
and Chris Lenik in a very good rid e in the sloppy co nditions.
Broc Bauer took the top min i-rid er Jon Leal
Pride Award trophy by topping a field of 27 rider s, Bauer beat o u t Ton y C aglia nd o and Jerry
Elrick in the largest class of the d ay.
